1. Who Is Faith?
Faith is an artificial intelligence assistant deployed by Republic Media Co. to handle inbound calls, text messages, and website chat inquiries. Faith is powered by ElevenLabs conversational AI technology and operates via a dedicated phone number: (916) 750-4999. Faith is not a human being. She is an automated AI system designed to answer questions, qualify service requests, and assist with booking scheduling.
2. Call & Chat Recording
Calls made to or received from Faith at (916) 750-4999 may be recorded and transcribed. Chat conversations initiated through our website may also be logged and stored. By calling, texting, or chatting with Faith, you acknowledge and consent to this recording and transcription. Recordings and transcripts are used solely to improve service delivery, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
3. What Data Faith Captures
During an interaction, Faith may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, service type requested, and preferred scheduling availability. This information is routed to our CRM (HubSpot) and may be used to generate a booking in Cal.com or trigger follow-up communication via email or text.
4. Limitations of AI
Faith is designed to handle common inquiries accurately, but as an AI system, she may occasionally provide incomplete or imprecise responses. Faith does not have access to real-time scheduling availability, live invoice status, or confidential client records unless specifically integrated. Any quotes, pricing, or commitments communicated by Faith are subject to confirmation by Republic Media Co. staff.

6. Third-Party AI Technology
Faith is built on ElevenLabs conversational AI and deployed via Twilio for voice and SMS. Interactions may be processed through ElevenLabs and Twilio servers. Each platform operates under its own data processing agreements. Republic Media Co. does not sell interaction data to third parties.
