How the Agreement Process Works
Once your shoot is booked through our scheduling system, you will receive a confirmation with a link to complete your client agreement. The agreement covers the scope of services, payment terms, deliverable timeline, cancellation policy, and property access authorization.
After your agreement is received, one of our team members will confirm your appointment details, verify property access, and ensure everything is aligned for shoot day. No shoot is confirmed until the agreement is on file.

Photography Service Agreement
Covers scope of services, deliverables, payment terms, and cancellation policy. Required for all photography and media bookings.
